Flourish Skincare offers a full refund for unopened products, returned within 30 days (all shipping costs will be paid by buyer). If opened, we may offer store credit, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned within 30 days of purchase. The determination of refund is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from Flourish Skincare to return the product. You will waive your right for credit if you do not receive our approval in advance.
